Sharks v Rebels preview
The Sharks will host the Rebels for Round 6 of the 2013 Super Rugby tournament.
The Rebels will face off against the Sharks in Durban for Round 6 of the 2013 Super Rugby tournament.
The Sharks have made a number of changes to their team that lost to the Brumbies last week.
One of the notable changes sees Meyer Bosman come in for Francois Steyn, who moves to the bench.
Pieter-Steph du Toit, Jaques Botes, Wiehahn Herbst and Kyle Cooper also get the starting nod.
The Rebels will be pleased to have captain Gareth Delve back in the mix.
The Welsh loose forward had been recovering from a shoulder injury he sustained in the earlier rounds of the tournament.
Cooper Vuna makes his return to the starting lineup, and Rebels’ new recruit Jason Woodward will make his debut on the right wing.
The Rebels should continue their attacking mind-set, looking for their second win of the season, while the Sharks will need to put on a better performance than than the lacklustre display against the Brumbies.
Rugby Informer’s prediction: John Plumtree expressed his disappointment in the Sharks performance, and will undoubtedly be putting pressure on his side to win. Despite the losses, the Rebels’ attacking flair are admirable, but it probably won’t be enough to cause another Australian win over the Sharks. Sharks by 15.
