‘Nosferatu’ Director Finally Drops ‘Werewulf’ Trailer
Gothic folk horror returns in the first trailer for Werwulf.
Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu was a throwback to the gothic, bleak horror of the early 1900s. The filmmaker returns to helm the adaptation of the Wolfman myth, which Eggers has titled Werwulf.
Set in the Medieval English countryside, the film is centred around a mysterious and terrible creature that stalks the night, preying on anyone who comes across its path.
Werwulf sees Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Willem Dafoe, and Lily-Rose Depp returning from their work together on Nosferatu.
Werwulf hits cinemas on 25 December 2026. Check out the trailer below:
