Power Ballad

Power Ballad is a fun musical comedy starring Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas, that sees washed-up wedding singer Rick (Rudd) help a young but fading pop star Danny (Jonas) find his groove again. But when Danny turns one of Rick’s songs into the hit that reignites his career, Rick sets out to reclaim the recognition he believes he deserves, even if it means risking everything he cares about.
Scary Movie

Scary Movie is back for a sixth instalment that sees the original cast return to spoof the horror flicks of recent years, and there have been a lot of them, so there’s a lot of ammo here for the writers to parody.
The Masters of the Universe
Release date: 5 June 2026
We got a Masters of the Universe movie back in the 80s, but MGM Studios has decided it’s time for another shot at the sci-fi-sword fantasy story. The film is directed by Travis Knight, who did the Transformers prequel, Bumblebee. Nicholas Galitzine stars as Prince Adam / He-Man, who returns to his home planet Eternia to save it from the evil forces of Skeletor, played by Jared Leto. Camila Mendes, Alison Brie, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Charlotte Riley, and Idris Elba also star.
Disclosure Day
Release date: 12 June 2026
Steven Spielberg’s latest film takes him back to his sci-fi roots. Disclosure Day centres around a group of individuals who become privy to the fact that aliens exist and have to inform the public. It stars Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, and Colman Domingo.
The Death of Robin Hood
Release date: 19 June 2026
Hugh Jackman stars in this darker take on the Robin Hood tale. Grappling with his violent past, Robin Hood finds himself gravely injured after a battle that he thought would be his last. He soon gets a chance at salvation when he meets a mysterious woman and a young girl.
Supergirl
Release date: 26 June 2026
The standalone Supergirl movie is set after the events of 2025’s Superman and once again stars Milly Alcock as Supergirl. She teams up with Lobo (Jason Momoa) to hunt down a dangerous adversary in a bid for justice and revenge.
Lucky Strike
Release date: 26 June 2026
Fans of WWII stories will want to look out for Lucky Strike. Starring Scott Eastwood, the film follows an injured American soldier who is trapped behind German lines during the Battle of the Bulge.
