The March movie madness has begun, with this month bringing some big-screen releases to indulge in. We’ve rounded up the hottest of the bunch that you need to keep on your radar.

The Bricklayer

Release date: 3 March 2024

Aaron Eckhart (The Dark Knight) stars as a retired CIA agent who is pulled back into the espionage world after a rogue insurgent assassinates several foreign journalists and frames the CIA for the murders. Nina Dobrev, Tim Blake Nelson, Ilfenesh Hadera, and Clifton Collins Jr. also star.

Blumhouse’s next unsettling horror follows a young girl who is convinced that her teddy bear is alive. Her stepmom is sceptical, but when strange incidents start happening around their home, the truth that something sinister might be hiding inside the children’s toy becomes a reality.

Kung Fu Panda 4

Release date: 8 March 2024

Jack Black is back for another round as Dreamworks’ martial arts-loving panda bear, this time taking on a new villain who can shapeshift into some of Po’s most infamous foes. Awkwafina, Viola Davis, Dustin Hoffman, James Hong, Bryan Cranston, Ian McShane, and Ke Huy Quan round out the voice cast.

Dune: Part II

Release date: 15 March 2024

The sci-fi tale sees its second chapter his the screens in 2024, as Denis Villeneuve’s Dune Part II arrives in March. The sequel sees the likes of Florence Pugh, Léa Seydoux, Austin Butler, and Christopher Walken join the cast to help round out Frank Herbert’s beloved sci-fi novel adaptation.

Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire

Release date: 29 March 2024

Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Harris Dickinson, Maura Tierney, and Stanley Simons star in The Iron Claw, depicting the true story of the inseparable Von Erich brothers, who made history in the intensely competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s.

Release date: 29 March 2024

Hollywood’s new ‘it’ girl Sydney Sweeney stars in this horror mystery, following an American nun who embarks on a new journey to join a remote convent in the Italian countryside. However, her warm welcome quickly turns into a living nightmare when she discovers her new home harbours sinister secrets and unspeakable horrors.
