This weekend, the Springboks are up for the biggest test of their fixture list: taking on the All Blacks in New Zealand.

Allister Coetzee’s men travel to Albany, which will be the first time the two teams meet at the QBE Stadium.

Looking at results in recent years, the Springboks haven’t faired so well in New Zealand, especially in 2016 where the Boks lost to the All Blacks 41-13 in Christchurch before going down again 15-57 in Durban for their second Rugby Championship encounter

So ahead of this weekend’s match, Let’s take a closer look (and try not to cringe) at the last time these two rugby giants met in New Zealand in 2016:

If you’re looking to earn your weekend drinks off the guys at Sportingbet (it wouldn’t be the first time), you can place your bets on the upcoming Rugby Championship clashes here.
