Domino’s Pizza Coming To South Africa
South African pizza aficionados will be getting a taste of Domino’s Pizza “soon”.

Domino’s Pizza, dubbed “the biggest pizza delivery brand globally”, will be arriving in South Africa, giving hungry pizza lovers yet another option when indulging in the delicious cheese discs we’ve come to love.
The company has confirmed that they will be moving into the African market, however, few details have been given on exactly where the stores will be.
“We’re excited to bring our hand-tossed, expertly crafted pizza to Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, with many more stores opening soon countrywide,” said the company on its website.
The franchise has over 11,000 stores worldwide and is in over 70 countries, so while South Africa is late to the party, we’re always stoked for another pizza competitor.
Domino’s Pizza is even running a competition which lets users guess where the stores will be, and in doing so, stand a chance to win a lifetime worth of pizza.
Another big US pizza franchise, Pizza Hut, will be returning to South Africa after a few decades of absence.
