Puma Launches First Neymar Signature Boot
Puma and Neymar’s first collaboration goes back to basics.
One of the biggest sports marketing moves in recent times has been PSG and Barcelona star Neymar Jr. switching from Nike to Puma, and the 28-year-old has just been given his first signature model from his partnership with the German brand.
Rather than an entirely new boot, Puma has added some Neymar flair to the iconic Puma King Platinum.. The new model comes in a classy black and white colourway, featuring the signature NJR logo integrated into Puma’s iconic Formstrip.
The super-soft, premium K-Leather upper is enhanced with 3-D ‘touch’ texture for added control, while providing a locked-in fit thanks to a snug knitted tongue to compliment the leather. The soleplate features the ‘Rapidsprint’ outsole to make it the lightest Puma King model on the market.
The new Neymar Jr Puma King Platinum is available at the global Puma site, priced at £170 (around R3,630).
