According to Kauai, the business started from scratch with finding the exclusive signature blend. The result is a medium-bodied blend from beans with full traceability to Honduran, Ethiopian and Colombian farmers.

“The time had come for us to reconceptualise our coffee experience, and our focus has been on selecting the right components to give our customers a well-loved, easy drinking coffee which is both great with milky cappuccinos and satisfies the coffee connoisseur who do not drink milk in their coffee,” explains David Matterson, Head of Kauai Coffee Excellence says. “The new Kauai blend delivers that moreish cup perfectly because it has the right balance of South American and African coffee beans. There are the perfect notes of a deep milk chocolate base with layers of cocoa, roasted nuts and strawberry jam flavours that reflect just the right amount of smoothness in your coffee drink.
