There’s something about rugby that combines the brutality of high-impact tackles with the camaraderie and respect between opponents, and that was shown in the second round of the Six Nations when Bastaraud collided with Sexton.
The two clashed heads and after Sexton was almost knocked unconscious, the giant French back helped him to his feet – a great gesture from the Toulon man.
