Lego Launches Awesome New ‘Speed Champions’ F1 Collection

Formula 1 fans and Lego builders alike are in for a serious treat. The two iconic brands have joined forces to deliver a new set of Lego F1 cars as part of the Speed Champions range.

All ten teams from the F1 circuit are available in their glorious blocky format, and we got our hands on some of the sets (Cash App/Red Bull and Aston Martin editions) to get a closer-look at the plastic piston power.

Each car in the Speed Champions series includes around 250 pieces, with variations just depending on each car’s specific details.

What’s great is that, in the box, each set features labelled mini-packs with different batches of pieces, making piecing together certain parts of the car a whole lot easier. As per the usual Lego standards, the instruction manual is extremely detailed and provides you with block-by-block diagrams to help you put together the Lego F1 of your dreams.

The attention to detail is also fantastic, with little rubberised wheels with the correct decals, steering instrument, and even stickers to showcase the original car’s real-world sponsors are all included. This really is a pint-sized version of the real thing, down to the brake lights.

Like all Lego, the enjoyment really is in the journey of building rather than the finished product. With that said, the cars look fantastic and make for a stellar showpiece in your office, bedroom, or anywhere in your home really.
