Hardest Kick – Capoeira, Karate Or Muay Thai?
Which martial art delivers the strongest kick?
There’s often debate surrounding which fighting style can produce the most devastating strikes, and to find out, some researchers put the most prominent and deadly – Capoeira, Karate and Muay Thai – to the test.
The video made in 2010 for National Geographic’s Fight Science shows a which is the best martial art for the use of kicks, for power and speed.
Each strike is measured using a special accelerator which captures the force and speed of the kick, and it produces a pretty interesting result.
