Following some Lambie penalties, a loose ball from a lineout was excellently picked up by Mvovo, who stretched his legs and showed his space to speed through the defence and over the Cheetahs’ line.
The Sharks replied with a driving maul of their own and Coetzee grabbed the spoils from the powerful rolling forward pack.
The Cheetahs hit back with a great try, as Van der Walt made a half break and offloaded to Labuschagne, who raced away towards the tryline.
A great pass by Goosen then put Johan Sadie through the Sharks defence and, despite the chase from defenders, made it over in the corner.

Despite being a big Lambie fan, that pass from Goosen that put Sadie in the gap was awesome!

Haha! It was! Goosen takes the ball really flat, and has this ability to stop the defender in front of him, and in one movement, turn and launch really flat passes. I hope he keeps up that kind of attacking mindset throughout the season!
