The British and Irish Lions continued their tour of Australia with a match-up against one of the country’s strongest, the Queensland Reds.
The Reds, under the debut captaincy of Quade Cooper, put up a great fight against the Lions, with Luke Morahan and Nick Frisby scoring the Queenslanders only tries, while the Lions saw Ben Youngs cross over.
It was Owen Farrell’s accurate goal-kicking that made the difference, giving the visitors a 22-12 win over the home side.
