WATCH: Massive Shoulder Charge Floors Unsuspecting Fullback

In a rather bizarre moment during this weekend’s past rugby league action in Australia’s NRL competition, a massive hit saw Cronulla Sharks’ Stuart Townsend being sent-off with immediate effect.

Knights fullback Kaylin Ponga was returning to the 22m line after receiving a kick in goal, but there was a stop in play due to an earlier infringement. Townsend (either not hearing the whistle or wanting to put in a big statement) shoulder charged Ponga when he wasn’t expecting it.
