Barca’s brilliance
Barcelona were at their ruthless best against Sevilla in the Super Cup, with the Spanish giants scoring a brilliant goal thanks to some Messi’s vision and Suarez’s finishing ability.
SA Schools’ long-range counter-attack
While the SA Schools A side weren’t able to beat Italy, they did score a cracker of a try, with flyhalf Lubabalo Dobel getting an intercept on SA’s own tryline, before making some ground and sending the ball out to wing Cameron Hufke.
Lions’ record-breaker
The Golden Lions managed to score the fastest try in Currie Cup history, when lock Lourens Erasmus picked up the kick-off and raced away to score within 8.5 seconds.
