Dan Norton’s sizzling speed
England flyer Dan Norton lit up the Cape Town Sevens with a breathtaking long-range try in extra-time of the Cup semi-final against Fiji.
South African playmaker Cecil Afrika showed his elusive skills with brilliant sidestep against Australia in the pool stages of the Cape Town Sevens.
Chelsea forward Diego Costa scored a fantastic goal from a difficult angle against West Brom at Stamford Bridge.

Specman’s solo stunner
After starting the move from their own 22 metre line, South Africa’s Rosko Specman scored a sensational try against New Zealand in the Cape Town Sevens semi-final.
The return of Beale
After suffering a serious knee injury earlier this year, Australian playmaker Kurtley Beale has made his way back into rugby, debuting for his new club, London Wasps, and scoring a try in the process.
Uganda wins over the crowd
Uganda may have lost to Australia in the opening match of day two, but Lawrence Ssebuliba’s try brought the Cape Towns 7s crowd to their feet with an incredible try.
