The Blues are on a high after kicking off their Super Rugby Aotearoa campaign with a bang, and picking up their third win of the tournament against the Highlanders has only added to the hype around the Auckland side.
And that’s also due to the way in which the Blues are scoring, finally utilising their deadly backline, with Reiko Ioane’s try this past weekend being a perfect example.
It began with winger Caleb Clarke, who shredded the Highlanders with a fantastic step and line break before passing to Ioane to race away.
Clarke went on to be awarded the Man of the Match.
