Chelsea fullback Zappacosta Scores Crazy Long-Range Goal [Video]

Chelsea’s new man scores an absolute cracker of a goal!

Chelsea enjoyed an amazing return to the Champions League against minnows Qarabag, who were convincingly beat 6-0 with a variety of different scorers getting in on the action.

The goal of the evening, though, was scored by new boy Davide Zappacosta – the Italian full back went on a marauding run down the right and lashed in a cross/shot that caught the opposition goalkeeper completely off-guard.

These goals crop up every now and then, where the angle to score seems impossible – but the speed of what was likely meant to be a cross catches the ‘keeper unawares and settles at the back of the net.

Victor Moses is usually out on the right as a wing back, but if Zappacosta keeps providing a good attacking outlet with a few goals and assists he could claim the position. Can he do something similar this weekend against Arsenal? You can place your bets on Chelsea v Arsenal here.
