The Doorman

Release date: 9 October 2020


Action-thriller The Doorman sees Ruby Rose in the starring role as an ex-military operative turned doorman who has to help a family after a gang occupies their New York apartment block. The film is directed by acclaimed Japanese director Ryuhei Kitamura.

Greenland

Release date: 23 October 2020


Greenland sees Gerard Butler star as John Garrity, who, with his estranged wife and their young son, has to embark on a perilous journey to find sanctuary as a planet-killing comet hurtles toward Earth.

Antebellum

Release date: 30 October 2020


Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz direct this horror film which stars Janelle Monáe, Eric Lange, Jena Malone, Jack Huston, Kiersey Clemons, and Gabourey Sidibe; and tells the story follows a modern-day African American woman who must escape from a 19th-century Southern slave plantation.

Release date: 30 October 2020


Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are producers on this new animated film from Sony. It stars the voices of Abbi Jacobson, Danny McBride, Maya Rudolph, Rianda, Eric Andre, and Olivia Colman, and follows the Mitchells, a family that, while attempting to bond on a road trip and fix their issues, is caught up in having to save Earth from a technological singularity.

Peninsula: Train to Busan

Release date: 30 October 2020


Acting as a standalone sequel to the 2016 zombie-action film Train to Busan, Peninsula follows a soldier who is sent along with his team to retrieve a truck full of money from the wastelands of the Korean peninsula now inhabited by zombies and rogue militia.
