Visitors to rAge this year can expect a dynamic line-up from PlayStation South Africa, including some much anticipated hands-on time with Bloodborne and The Order 1886. In addition, there will be an opportunity to experience PlayStation TV, as well as PlayStation 4 Remote Play on the upcoming Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone.
rAge goers visiting the PlayStation stand (37A/37B) can take control of Sack Boy in LittleBigPlanet 3. They will also have the chance to survive the streets of Yharnam, overcoming its violently deranged inhabitants in Bloodborne; or join King Arthur and his like-minded knights in The Order 1886, in a fight against half breeds, on the streets of London – both exclusive to PS4.
LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham will also be playable, as you enter the far reaches of outer space with Batman and the Justice League, in hot pursuit of the Legion of Doom. Football fans can also put their goal shooting skills to the test with PES 2015; and if survival horror is your thing, then dare to be scared as you navigate your way through The Evil Within.
Visit the photo booth (70A) and become the hero in PES 2015 and The Evil Within, by having your photo taken and included in the game cover box art, to take home as a keep sake from the day. For visitors who want to get lost in the land of LEGO, then the LEGO stand (78/69) is also worth checking out.
Mortal Kombat X, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and Dying Light fans can head over to the Warner stand (37C) for some action packed gaming. Take on a friend and show your moves in Mortal Kombat X; or experience the Nemesis System first hand in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Zombie followers won’t be disappointed as they get the chance to play Zombie apocalypse-themed game, Dying Light, before its launch in 2015.
The rAge Expo is taking place from 10-12 October at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg.
