Another weekend and another host of sporting moments that stunned, awed and dropped our jaws, and we’ve rounded up the best of the best:

USA stuns Germany – The United States secured a 2-1 shock win over World Cup champions Germany, and Bobby Wood notched his second game winning goal in five days in the 87th minute.

Patrick Osborne’s incredible leap for the Highlanders – big winger Patrick Osborne made a great try-assist for Ben Smith in the Highlanders’ 44-7 win over the Blues in Dunedin.

Nadal smashes a milestone – Rafael Nadal defeated Viktor Troicki to become the first man to win clay and grass titles at the Stuttgart Open.

Moses Mbye pulls off the try-saver of the season – rugby league star Moses Mbye managed to save the Bulldogs conceeding a try after a length-of-the-field chase and an incredible tackle prevented Gold Coast winger Brad Tighe dotting down.

Shaqiri’s screamer – Xherdan Shaqiri brought an end to his four-month goal drought in incredible style on Wednesday when he netted for Switzerland against Lichtenstein.

Shaqiri is so underrated. In January there were talks of him moving to Liverpool?

Definitely. The Sharks and Stormers game was a joke. The Stormers started a second string side that lost to a terrible Sharks team. I suppose the Stormers didn’t want any injuries as they are in the playoffs already.
